MURCIAN REGION FISHING LICENCES Licences are required for Shore, Boat and Freshwater in the Murcian Region. A Murcian Shore licence is for fishing from the shore. A Boat licence covers you from fishing from a boat off the Murcian coastline. A Freshwater licence covers you to fish in any freshwater reservoirs, lakes or rivers in the Murcian Region.
