The Accommodation - Casa Del Pequeño

Comprising of 4 letting Bedrooms varying in size, all En Suite with Tea / Coffee making facilities. 2 large Sitting Rooms, the main Sitting Room enjoying the benefits of DVD, Video and Satellite Television. The tranquil second Sitting Room with a view out to the pool is the perfect place to relax with a good fishing book from our Library. The large Dining Kitchen is where you will enjoy breakfast and dinner. Our Office has e-mail facility to keep up with your business or friends and relatives.

The Pool , Terrace and Barbeque

The Swimming Pool is fantastic being 13 metres x 6 metres with fountains, diving board and Pool side shower all surrounded with non slip tiles. Sun beds surround the shallow end to enjoy the sun and relax. If it is too hot the large Terrace provides welcome shade with chairs and tables to sit and read or have a cool refreshing drink. Also under the Terrace is the Barbeque area, a modern large gas appliance for cleanliness, speed and safety.

The Garden

The Garden is full of Lemon, Orange, Satsuma, Nispero, Fig, Date and Palm Trees. Concrete paths wind through the trees down to the Cactus at the bottom. For the real sun worshippers a sheltered area at the side of the House provides a sun trap we had only dreamed about.

Parking

There are enough parking areas within the property for up to 8 vehicles, all secure with lighting.

Large Bedroom with built in Wardrobes. Window looking on to the Garden. Large En Suite, fully tiled with lots of room, shower, toilet and wash basin. Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Room 2

Bedroom with built in Wardrobes and Garden view. En Suite fully tiled with shower, toilet and wash basin. Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Room 3

Bedroom with Wardrobe, Courtyard facing. En Suite fully tiled with shower, toilet and wash basin. Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Room 4

Bedroom with built in Wardrobes, Courtyard facing. En Suite fully tiled with toilet and wash basin. Tea and Coffee making facilities.

All rooms have a double bed, linen & towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Bed linen will be changed weekly. Washing Machine facilities and an Ironing Service are available free of charge.
